Rothley Ivanhoe Tennis Club organises various social events throughout the year. We feel these are an important aspect of the club. They are ideal for new members of the club who are perhaps new to the area and would like to meet other club members away from the tennis courts. These events also help people to get to know each other better and help to strengthen team bonding and friendships.

Saturday 27th April – Skittles evening and supper at The Wheatsheaf, Thurcaston £10 per head - 7:30pm start

Saturday 22nd June – Strawberries/Pimms afternoon - Play some social tennis and prepare for Wimbledon 2-4pm

Saturday 6th July - Local walk in the morning and Pub lunch

Friday 6th September - The Famous Rothley Quiz. £10 per head including 2 course meal (7:30pm)

Saturday 30th November – Theatre trip to see Chicago at the Curve Theatre at 8pm. Tickets are limited and cost £14.25. Book early !!!

Sunday 15th December – Social tennis combined with Mulled wine and Mince Pies (tennis from 9:30, mulled wine from 11am)

Saturday 18th January 2014 – Tennis Club dining out.
